Located high up in the mountains and off the usual tourist routes, you get a quiet place where you can watch the stars. Don't mind the cobwebs; they're a sign that the place isn't overvisited, that's all; nothing to worry about, I assure you.
Uncle & Death: the bitter, unpublished biography of Frodo Baggins, whose inheriitance from his uncle led to all sorts of death, including his own untimely end. It's the version the hobbit censors don't want you to read.
