Couldn't it be deleted instead of just moved? Not only is it meant to aggravate it also is the second thread on the same topic on page one of the off topic forum ;)

There's nothing against the ToS in the post, but I did lock it as it *is* a duplicate, and will move it off the board in a while once people who posted in it have a chance to re-post.

But that is also the case with offences. In this case by this user and posted in that sub-foru!, closure is simply the best for everyone. IMHO.
