The Expanded Edition of 'Smith of Wooton Major' edited by Verlyn Flieger is to be reprinted as a pocket Hardback with a release currently scheduled for February 2015:

John D Rateliff has compiled new, shorter version of 'The History Of The Hobbit' to released as a paperback next year. I'm not sure if it will include new or alternate content to earlier editions, or merely duplicate parts of the original edition:

the facsimile of the first edition of THE HOBBIT, which I've had on pre-order from Amazon for nearly a year now. Still no definite word on its publication date.
