I thought posting fan edits of the movies on here was against TOS?

Not to mention illegal to share them as per copyright laws? I'm talking about the fan edit most recent post on TH board (I had the link, the finger slipped and lost it). Could the mods check it out? Not trying to be a pill, but copyright laws and the fair use of copyrighted work is a bit of a trigger for me, especially knowing just how hard the production had to work to make this movie (I cannot tell you how many debates my husband has stumbled across online on other forums regarding what constitutes theft of intellectual property ). And, unless I am mistaken, fan edits fall under said copyright rules (or at least the TOS).

Although a 5-minute edit is far less of a violation than a full-movie edit (because it is less likely to "replace" the original item), it is still a copyright breach. The link has been removed.
