Hobbit Headlines is posted on the Main board of TORn (mostly every week if there is enough news), and summarises all spoiler-y and non spoiler-y news and information for that particular week. You can find all the threads relating to a particular news story, as well as links to the original sources.
You can also check out on the previous links if you want to make sure you're double double-posting something as "new". But it doesn't matter if they aren't new - they're still worthy of new discussion.
