BTW... The Hobbit TBOTFA Teaser is playing in front of Guardians of the Galaxy.

FYI. I saw Guardians in IMAX 3D and so therefore the Teaser was in 3D. It looked really good (despite being unfinished). Oh and Guardians was awesome!

Looked amazing on the big screen. The Smaug shot looked way better than it did on my computer screen. And yes, Guardians was fracking amazing. I loved it.

I saw Guardians today in 2D and they didn't show the teaser. I had thought to see it in 3D because I thought it might be the more likely candidate to include the teaser but then the 2D fit my schedule better. I might try my luck tomorrow with Hercules 3D but I don't know if that's just wishful thinking.

I almost did the IMAX thing but my eyes were tired yesterday and I didn't want a headache. Guess, I should have risked it. lol

(Meaning, "No, to my disappointment, the trailer for The Battle of The Five Armies did not precede the showing of Guardians of the Galaxy at my local IMAX 3d cinema.")

He and a friend went to see Guardians this afternoon, in a 2D version, and saw the BoFA trailer. I'd already shown it to him on-line, but he thought it looked great on the big screen, go figure.
Where now the horse and the rider? Where is the horn that was blowing? Where is the helm and the hauberk, and the bright hair flowing? Where is the hand on the harpstring, and the red fire glowing? Where is the spring and the harvest and the tall corn growing? They have passed like rain on the mountain, like a wind in the meadow; The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow....

Oh, those lines in your footer... I love them so much!!! My heart missed a beat recognizing them, and I heard Theoden's voice, deep with anguish, slowly saying some of them before the Battle of Helm's Deep... Thank you for having this footer!...

I thought they did a great job editing it for the movie version, and Hill delivered them beautifully. Just goes to show you that LotR is so much more than an action/adventure movie!
