LOTR airplane: need help identifying parts of picture!

Hello everyone,
As some of you can remember, there was a special Air New Zealand airplane with the custom livery of Frodo.
I am really keen on building this specific Boeing 747 as a plastic model kit in 1/144; however, there are no official or custom decals with this motif (apart from limited Herpa airplane models). The livery is a collage of photographs, of which I would need sources in order to re-create it (as there seems no other way to do it).
What I'd like your keen eyes for is to help me identify the advertizing materials and photographs used for specific parts of the collage:
So far I could identify 4 of them:
1. Portrait of Frodo. Common marketing motif for FOTR, for instance, here.
2. Portrait of Sam Gamgee. Needs identification!
3. View of Bag-End with fence and stairs. Needs identification!
4. Middle-Earth map by Daniel Reeve (in green tint) - for instance, on the FOTR limited soundtrack booklet or here.
The "Frodo" logo was designed by Daniel Reeve for merchandizing. Unfortunately, he hasn't included it in his gallery of logos. The "Airline to Middle-Earth" would also have to be recreated customly, as do the vector decorations of the livery (leaves on the windows and on the bottom of the plane).
Actually, I'm not sure yet as to how this would work out, but I'm eager to give it a try!

I can see it in my head - the whole poster or image from where it originates. I can imagine it so vividly, I just can't find it online. I'll carry on looking ...
