Maybe Queen Beruthiel and her cats can make an appearance in the EE. Seems more likely than Daniel's Talking Purse.
Actually, I would say one of the elves. I'd want to see as much of everything as possible (and maybe live to the end of the film, lol). Just keep me close to Thranduil, Legolas and Tauriel, and I think I'll be fine.
