Thank you! [In reply to] Can't Post

for a Saturday morning chuckle.

And for anyone who hasn't been following the Anglophile Channel Facebook page, there's some lovely RA / Crucible stuff there. Including a brief section in her Crucible video of RA greeting fans at the stage door (it's not a video of the play, just her visit there).

Hmmmm...you and Starling are both bored at the same time... [In reply to] Can't Post

Isn't that some sort of prophecy? When the stripey tiger and the naughty bird lack sport, they make the world their torte...or something.

The next TORn Amateur Symposium is a special edition: the Jubilee TAS to celebrate 60 years of FOTR! If you have an LOTR idea you would like to write about, we'd love to see your writing featured there!

Forgot to say, there's also a quick video moment of RA taking his bows [In reply to] Can't Post

at the end of the Crucible. It's at the very end of the video.

What a way to get the audience right in the middle of the action! I'd be nervous, sitting there!

Hmmm, not yet? Perhaps I'll just watch these videos a few more times while I wait.

Thanks Kel!

*JUMP* [In reply to] Can't Post

*ooooOOFFFSPLATTT* Next time remind me to jump with less enthusiasm...need less momentum, more staying-on-the-back-of-the-pony...

Oooooooh, I'd love to play with that hair. One braid or three?

and while we're on the subject, I'm not afraid of Thorin, either. I love those tougher, badass types (but that doesn't mean I dislike the nicer ones)! I would gladly jump on the back of that pony and help Thorin braid his hair, and he can even braid mine (when it gets long enough to hold a braid, that is. I should have stuck to my original plan and only let my mom cut off four inches instead of eight, since then it could still hold a braid).Wink
