In this one I like the way the light halos around the lamps, to me it suggests mists, or fog, and also it makes me think of how the warm comfortable light of home and familiarity can only reach so far, once you are out beyond home. I also like the way the Black Rider is depicted, the color contrasting against the softer greens and yellows. Also in the figure I like how you conveyed the detail using shading. “It’s a dangerous business, Frodo, going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don’t keep your feet, there’s no knowing where you might be swept off to.” Very nice!
