I put in lots of exclamation marks so people would notice, since I feel about as tiny in this thread as I do on a world map. Laugh

And stories of the rustic 'pineys', the old mills and stills. Tom Brown (writer of wilderness/survival books) spent many years in those woods. Interesting stories.

Yup, heard that before [In reply to] Can't Post

And when it was said by those who came to town running for state-wide office, they usually lost. Laugh

I was so excited to finally have a Wegmans open near me after having the store chain in the state for about 3 years. I was having to drive an hour into Baltimore for Bison Chip Dip, Sahlens hot dogs and Wardynski Sausage, now it's only 15 minutes. (Hey, that stuff is really good! And an hour was better than the 7 hour drive back to Buffalo.)

Greater Toronto area... [In reply to] Can't Post

that could be halfway to Ottawa. Laugh

The size of the metropolitan Toronto area never ceases to amaze me. I love visiting that city, although we usually only get to drive through it on the way north.

Better known as Denmark. Dont be a Took and try to go skiing here, we got no mountains, though some americans seem to believe so Wink
Just flat areas, lots of beautiful nature and castles spread across the country, and always close by the ocean or a lake.
