Here's a recipe for MAGGOTY MUSHROOM and glHAMDRINGS with some GREENS. I'll even show you what to do with the leftovers!

MAGGOTY MUSHROOMS and glHAMDRINGS
Fresh basket of Maggot's Best Mushrooms, whole or sliced
4 round slices of glHAM
1 Onion, small-coarsely sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
2 tbls olive oil, butter or margarine (alt. bacon fat)
Alternate: Sliced zucchini, squash, boiled greens (see below)

Directions
Melt butter/oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add garlic and onions. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Add mushrooms (and veggies), stirring frequently for 5-10 mins. Drizzle soy sauce and sprinkle with pepper to taste.
In a separate heated pan, add 1 tbl butter/oil. When hot, add slices of glHAM and fry until browned on both sides.

Serve with Maggoty Mushrooms on a bed of wilted greens. Finish off with warm cornbread.

GREENS

2 large bunches Swiss chard, kale, or mustard greens, washed1/4 cup olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt (or to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
Directions
Tear the greens into pieces; discard stems.
In a pot, over medium heat, heat the oil. Add the onion and cook for 7 minutes. Add the greens and toss to coat. Cover and cook for approx. 2 mins, stirring once, until wilted. Drain, add salt and serve.

I'm stuffed! [In reply to] Can't Post

And I also cannot cook!

But here is my recipe for Blue Wizard Jello:

1. Buy box of blue jello
2. Follow directions on box

I actually messed up jello once, so I recommend following directions closely!
