... and should the court of appeal come to the same conclusion as the district court, then the sentence will be executed four weeks after a verdict has been reached. He can apply to have the punishment postponed up to a year, in case of "special circumstances", like an upcoming adr for example.

I almost forgot about those incidents. I guess the difference here is that three years ago he was just fined - this punishment is a lot harder.
