The boy who posted seeing the DOS on his 'bucket list' has, with his family, posted on facebook the decision not to accept more intensive treatment despite a shorter time left to live. No one knows how long that will be but (if anyone with influence is reading this) I sincerely hope he gets his wish. It would be fantastic if he could see the trilogy complete but that may not be. I am sure JRRT himself would have approved.
