i love how 'individually numbered' is a marketing strategy, isnt that just a barcode number? lol

"Price

Sigh.

Also, if this includes pickups - what will they have re TABA? And why don't they include the 2 trailers and sneak peek - sigh.

What's "re"? [In reply to] Can't Post

I see that used a lot on the forums now (and other too), and I don't know what it's used for and it kinda irritates me xD.

It means: About, regarding, with reference to; especially in letters and documents.

It's Latin.

Many of us, myself and I suspect yourself included, took Latin in High School. It's not taught anymore very much. Unfortunately. I majored in History in college and was a Latin/German minor. I loved it.

I feel pretty dumb asking this but what does that mean?

Is it fear you're afraid of?
What are you waiting for?

I'll probably end up buying the 2-disc DVD like I did last year... [In reply to] Can't Post

regardless of who's on the cover. Slight chance I'll be able to upgrade to Blu-ray (since I'd also have to buy a 3D television to go with it) before April, so in order to view all these bonus features (even though I've already seen all the production diaries and part of the live event), I'll have to get the DVD instead of the Blu-ray. I'm glad one of the bonus features includes the music video to I See Fire (I love that song), since I posted a link to it on another forum (I really should view it again one of these days).Smile

We must away, ere break of day

They did this just so people wouldn't skip over it and wait for the EE :) [In reply to] Can't Post

I knew there wouldn't be that many special features either, as there were only 4 video blogs. I'll just get the standard blu ray to keep me happy until the EE comes out, then give it away, like last time.

There is no way that collectors set is worth $100 [In reply to] Can't Post

Two statues and some numbering? They must be joking.

"It is not our part to master all the tides of the world, but to do what is in us for the succour of those years wherein we are set, uprooting the evil in the fields that we know, so that those who live after may have clean earth to till. What weather they shall have is not ours to rule." Gandalf, "The Last Debate."
