there was one, maybe two outlandish cgi stunts per movie. Now, it's a dozen, maybe more.

Legolas has always been given this kind of stuff, though [In reply to] Can't Post

in every LotR film he does stuff like this. if he gets to do a bunch of it in DoS because he has a couple action scenes more focused on him than what happened in LotR, i don't find that inconsistent at all. it's basically just more of PJ's action Legolas (with a bit more technological freedom), who is a tad superhuman, but, well, he is Elven, so it make some sense.

now, if you don't like PJ's action Legolas, that's fine, or if you like it in small doses but don't like the focus he seems to get in DOS, that's fine, too, i'm just saying i haven't seen anything yet that made me think, "oh, the LotR Legolas would never do something like that."
