Master make-up artist and screen legend Gino Acevedo is going to be doing a prosthetic make-up demonstration this Sunday (10th Nov) at the Rona Gallery in Eastbourne as part of the WCW exhibition.

Gino is the Creatures and Textures Supervisor at Weta Digital who has worked on some of the biggest movies ever, The Hobbit, LOTR trilogy, Avatar plus even Aliens.

The make-up demo will start at 12.30pm and go for about 3 hours. Gino will be transforming Shane Rangi ( a well known kiwi actor) from his usual spunky self to something quite hideous and you will be able to watch the entire process!

The White Cloud Worlds Book-signing is also on this Sunday 10th Nov, 2pm - 3pm where you can meet some of the artists from Volumes I & II for a book signing and personalised book sketches

The pink prosthetic was Thorin's. They can only use each piece once, as they remove the thin edges around the piece in order to attach it.
