Nothing! Azog isn't mentioned at all. Except for one time when you see Peter directing the 'Out of the Frying Pan...' sequence and he pronounces 'Ay-zog' :D Something interesting is that the orc Yazneg (who was, supposedly Azog's original design, for when he was only going to appear for a few seconds in the Moria flashback) was present here. Whether this orc was still Azog at this point, I do not know. Though what that would suggest is that Azog was always going to be brought back, regardless of the switch to 3 films. It's still not clear... Another couple of observations I had... We see Bolg in the background when Sylvester McCoy is talking! Bolg is huge and looks a lot better than Azog, so I say they need to use him! McCoy had obviously been shooting a scene that involved Bolg. Also, they never mention 48fps once! Whether it is mentioned in the other half of the appencides (part 8: Return to Middle-earth) I don't know, but I doubt it. The split to 3 films isn't brought up either, which is odd seeing as that had such a huge impact on the movie. Maybe they will talk about it in the DoS extras.
