Tis impressive... [In reply to] Can't Post

Thranduil's crown might end up as one of my favorite props from TH.

My Top 5 Wish List for "The Hobbit"
5. Legolas will surf down Smaug's neck
4. Bilbo will be revealed to a Robot
3. Naked PJ cameo as Ghan-Buri-Ghan
2. Use of not only 3D, but smell-o-vision, plus the inclusion of axes coming out of the seats and poking the audience when appropriate
1. Not only keep the claim that Thorin & Co. ran amok in Mirkwood "molesting people", but depict said incident in vivid detail!!!!!

I knew he'd be my Majestic #2 [In reply to] Can't Post

I was thinking that this could be the part where... wait, hold on, this would be SPOILERS from the DoS sneak-peek (highlight below if you want my hypothesis):
Maybe this is when, after hauling Tauriel from killing the Orc, he (perhaps) decides to kill him, and Legolas confronts his father. This could be the reason why Legolas says;
"There was more that Orc could tell us."
"There was nothing more he could tell me!"

Oooh, I'm really excited to see the DoS now!

......A Willing Heart.
I can ask no more than that."
