In case you haven't seen the trailer yet, let these lovely gents introduce it to you! Can't Post

As if we weren't excited enough about the new The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug trailer, there are some lovely chaps who'd like to share the anticipation with us. The delightful Stephen Fry would like to show you the trailer:

Then there's this charming introduction from Martin Freeman, who wants to join you for a cinema trip:

Richard Armitage is also hoping to see you:

So what are you waiting for? If you haven't seen the trailer yet - or haven't seen it fifty times yet! - here it is again:

Oh, Martin... [In reply to] Can't Post

We love you so much. Laugh You make the most perfect Bilbo.

Am I the only one who will be looking over my shoulder for him when I go to see DoS??!! Wink

"I had forgotten that. It is hard to be sure of anything among so many marvels. The world is all grown strange. Elf and Dwarf in company walk in our daily fields; and folk speak with the Lady of the Wood and yet live; and the Sword comes back to war that was broken in the long ages ere the fathers of our fathers rode into the Mark! How shall a man judge what to do in such times?"

"As he ever has judged. Good and ill have not changed since yesteryear; nor are they one thing among Elves and Dwarves and another among Men. It is a man's part to discern them, as much in the Golden Wood as in his own house."

Points for style. [In reply to] Can't Post

Excellent shirt from Mr Fry there. Mr Freeman's jacket however....

But I'm wondering if I should watch the trailer - will it take too much away from watching the film in the cinema?

"Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear."
