Possible new DOS images from german puzzle Can't Post

This image has appeared recently on Tumblr, I don't know if it's real or not because I've been trying to find it elsewhere and couldn't, except for this two references to it, Amazon.de, and Kosmos.de so here it goes.

If anybody knows something about it, please share.

Love it [In reply to] Can't Post

Finally a pick with just Bilbo and Thorin on :) really beautiful!

" Why, O people of Noldor! Fëanor cried. Why should we longer serve the jealous Valar, who cannot keep us nor even their own realm secure from their enemy? And though he be now their foe, are not they and he of one kin? Vengence calls me hence, but even were it otherwise I would not dwell longer in the same land with the kin of my father's slayer and of the thief of treasure. Yet i am not the only valiant in this valiant people. And have ye not all lost your King? And what else have ye not lost, cooped here in a narrow land between the mountains and the sea? Here once was light, that the Valar begrudged to middle-earth, but now dark levels all. Shall we mourn here deedless forever, a shadow-folk, mist-haunting, dropping vain tears in the thankless sea? Or shall we return to our home? In cuiviènen sweet ran the waters under uncloaded stars, and wide lands lay about, where a free people might walk. There they lie still and await us who in out folly forsook them. Come away! Let the cowards keep this city!"

Joking aside... [In reply to] Can't Post

I'll have to admit the whole PJ and co bashing about Bilbo not prominently featuring on anything that is released is just pathetic. I cannot remember back in the LotR days where people were so critical because Frodo wasn't really depicted or stood out as the main character while those movies were being made. These films are more than about just Bilbo, he'll get plenty of opportunities to shine in these movies.

Is that a faded image of Smaug to the right of Bilbo? [In reply to] Can't Post

Maybe it's just the Erebor architecture but it almost looks like red dragon scales...

It is real [In reply to] Can't Post

Someone would've got it from the Kosmos website, where it's uploaded but just not 'public' yet. ETA: Sorry, just seen the source on the tumblr post, seems they got it from amazon, but I can't see a product page with that image. Maybe it got put up and then pulled down again at the request of WB?

Give poor Bilbo a chance! [In reply to] Can't Post

He hasn't had elevenses since he left the Shire and has had to subsist on mere dreams of eggs and bacon. Give him a chance to get back home, and another 60 years of Hobbit food, and he'll be plenty plump. Angelic

"It was just a sword, beautiful in the way of a weapon, with the jewels in the hilt set in gold scrollwork, and the blade glimmering and eager, as if it would fight of itself. Weapons are named for this; some are eager fighters, some dogged, some unwilling; but all are alive."--The Hollow Hills
