According to Forbes the treasure of Erebor is about $ 8,6 billion worth which is about 6.4 billion ;-)

So if Thorin & Co reclaim Erebor SPOILER what they'll do SPOILER END they would be able to pay Azog, the Goblins and all the other baddies... but unfortunetally after the BOFA there's no relative left... so who would be authorized to get the money instead? Sauron perhaps? Because the Orcs and Co were his servants and he spent a lot of time and money in creating and arming them?
