Thuringwethil vs. Bella

The possibly Maia messenger of Sauron vs. the sparkly girl from Twilight! Which vampire will win? As if I need tell you who I would vote for. At least Thuringwethil seems halfway competent at her job (or Sauron would have probably fed her to his werewolves by now), she can turn into a bat and fly (I think...) which Bella obviously cannot do, and furthermore, she doesn't sparkle! Any thoughts? Creative other fights between LOTR and Twilight characters that you can think of?
"I had forgotten that. It is hard to be sure of anything among so many marvels. The world is all grown strange. Elf and Dwarf in company walk in our daily fields; and folk speak with the Lady of the Wood and yet live; and the Sword comes back to war that was broken in the long ages ere the fathers of our fathers rode into the Mark! How shall a man judge what to do in such times?" "As he ever has judged. Good and ill have not changed since yesteryear; nor are they one thing among Elves and Dwarves and another among Men. It is a man's part to discern them, as much in the Golden Wood as in his own house."

She is a real vampire, whereas Bella is a sparkly pansy. I got one-one of the werewolves of Sauron vs. Jacob.

...we speculated that adding Azog to Twilight would vastly improve its quality, and it went downhill from there!!! Thuringwethil vs. Bella was just one of the duels I thought up, but the only one I added to the arena here. We could also start another: Jacob versus Draugluin, Carcharoth, Huan, or werewolf!Sauron (pick your favorite). Matchups like these mostly devolve into, "What's the messiest and most overkill way those twinklies can die," but who's complaining?? I'm certainly not. I had to endure all my friends and several relatives telling me how *awesome* those books were back in their heyday a couple of years ago, so now I'm feeling vindicated as they all regret their former enthusiasm.

I had to put up with it too, and man was it annoying! I've been feeling vindicated too. Revenge is so sweet! We can have Draugluin vs. Jacob, Carcharoth vs. Quil (was that his name?) Huan vs. Emby, and werewolf Sauron vs. that Uley guy. Finally, those twinklies went down!
