Snark on snark action Can't Post

My own reply here http://newboards.theonering.net/...i?post=632283#632283 is maybe a bit out of line. But frankly, I couldn't resist. Feel free to delete - I've tried but couldn't bring myself to do it.

I'm not entirely sure the original post crosses over the line of our TOS, but it certainly sneaks up to it and peeks over - maybe even lobbing a pebble over it to see what happens on the other side.

Happiness: money matters, but less than we think and not in the way that we think. Family is important and so are friends, while envy is toxic -- and so is excessive thinking. Beaches are optional. Trust is not. Neither is gratitude. - The Geography of Bliss by Eric Weiner as summarized by Lily Fairbairn. And a bit of the Hobbit reading thrown in never hurts. - NottaSackville

I don't think your reply was snarky [In reply to] Can't Post

Well, maybe a little, but I think it's legitimate feedback to let someone know you can't make it through their post because there are no paragraph breaks. I usually don't even try to read posts like that because they're unreadable to me - they make me go cross-eyed! I think it's fine to let someone know that. Smile
