Simply put, Han Solo or Indiana Jones? I'd say it's a toss up depending on the weapons allowed but give me your thoughts.

I'd say Han [In reply to] Can't Post

For several reasons:
1. Han has a blaster which is more high-tech than Indy's whip or any other weapon he might be carrying, such as a pistol or rifle.
2. Han has the Millennium Falcon and Chewie-he is also a lot better at getting out of bad situations-something that comes with the title of being a professional smuggler. Jones has intellect but Solo has survival instinct and therefore better wits in a dangerous situation.
3. It's also probably worth noting that without Star Wars Harrison Ford would most likely never have landed the part of Indiana Jones or the other big roles that he landed in films such as Blade Runner.

Indy is awesome but my votes on Han-not least because I prefer Star Wars.

"For DORA BAGGINS in memory of a LONG correspondence, with love from Bilbo; on a large wastebasket. Dora was Drogo's sister, and the eldest surviving female relative of Bilbo and Frodo; she was ninety-nine, and had written reams of good advice for more than half a century."

Indy [In reply to] Can't Post

"Let's not fight. The Ark contains more wealth than you can imagine!"

"I don't know. I can imagine quite a bit!"

"Don't take my word for it. Just open it up and take a look. I'll wait right over here."

******************************************
The audacious proposal stirred his heart. And the stirring became a song, and it mingled with the songs of Gil-galad and Celebrian, and with those of Feanor and Fingon. The song-weaving created a larger song, and then another, until suddenly it was as if a long forgotten memory woke and for one breathtaking moment the Music of the Ainur revealed itself in all glory. He opened his lips to sing and share this song. Then he realized that the others would not understand. Not even Mithrandir given his current state of mind. So he smiled and simply said "A diversion.”
