You mean the enchanted river? 1. Bilbo and Smaug. 2. Smaug attacks Lake-town. 3. Flies and Spiders. 4. Barrel escape. 5. Meeting Beorn (may be very different from the book).

The White Council attacking Dol Guldur Smaug attacking Laketown I figure one of these scenes has to be in the movie. No way they push both to the 3rd film.

1. Smaug and Bilbo 2. Thranduil 3. Bard's story (involving the Master/Braga) and Laketown in general 4. Possible Necromancer reveal (and inclusion of Bolg at Dol Guldur) 5. Seeds of Thorin's madness/Bilbo and Thorin falling out I don't know if the last one will be present in DoS, but I imagine they might at least hint at it. I was going to say the Dwarves' imprisonment/escape from Mirkwood, but it seems to be over-elfed.
My Top 5 Wish List for "The Hobbit" 5. Legolas will surf down Smaug's neck 4. Bilbo will be revealed to a Robot 3. Naked PJ cameo as Ghan-Buri-Ghan 2. Use of not only 3D, but smell-o-vision, plus the inclusion of axes coming out of the seats and poking the audience when appropriate 1. Not only keep the claim that Thorin & Co. ran amok in Mirkwood "molesting people", but depict said incident in vivid detail!!!!!

...speaking for myself, the Dol Guldur sob-plot is something I don't know what to expect of. It's not that I'm not interested in it as such, it's just that there are so many things from the Hobbit book, which is a firm favourite of mine that I have read a number of times, that I want to see on screen and that I am really looking forward to. So, Dol Guldur is just a sub-plot for me and not that important when it comes down to it. I'll be interested in seeing it when I do see it, but it's not something that I am specifically looking forward to, if you know what I mean.

post? When you write a post i read it. Even if i know its going to be a cheerfull, ecstatic, praise of the hobbit film or jackson, which is probably associated with a position and pov, i dont submit a response saying yaaaaawnn... As to me not liking it, it remains to be seen, though i doubt it...And ofcourse i am going to see it, that doesnt invalidate my comments or position...

about the joking, it's hard to tell sometimes through message boards. What I mean by uptight is your complaints over the most trivial of things with the movie, it's just not worth getting upset over.
