Philippa to write and Fran to Direct....possible?

Peter Produces, Philippa Writes and Fran Directs. Is this possible? That's something I'd happily accept if Pete can't Direct himself. Is there any reason why it couldn't work out that way? -Rabittooth

Fran Walsh to direct the Hobbit than the other directors ! It must be so cool if she can direct it,(if Peter can't really direct it )

I could willingly accept Fran as substitute, but I don't think she'll do it. Look how little she wanted to be visible in all the interviews leading up to the movies. I believe I read somewhere that only one of them should be "in the spotlight" so to speak. But I loved the "hobbity" scenes she shot.

This combination of writer and director would be best if Peter isn't going to direct.

She's got my vote if PJ can't do it.
