Peter Produces, Philippa Writes and Fran Directs. Is this possible? That's something I'd happily accept if Pete can't Direct himself.
Is there any reason why it couldn't work out that way?

I could willingly accept Fran as substitute, but I don't think she'll do it. Look how little she wanted to be visible in all the interviews leading up to the movies. I believe I read somewhere that only one of them should be "in the spotlight" so to speak. But I loved the "hobbity" scenes she shot.
