Weird Hobbit credits Can't Post

I just watched the Hobbit on DVD for the millionth time. For some reason, I decided to wait after the credits. This is kind of random, but after they were over, a weird commercial from 2003 came on about tobacco. I thought this was just weird, so I thought I would share it with you.Does this happen to anyone else?

Let me guess... [In reply to] Can't Post

The bungee jumping "Splode" commercial?

'"Never laugh at live dragons, Bilbo you fool!" he said to himself, and it became a favourite saying of his later, and passed into a proverb.'

I thought there'd possiby be a hidden trailer or something for DOS at the end but instead that's what we got lol they should have tricked you into thinking it was a preview for DOS then played a Hobbit version of that commercial lol

And it's only on the dvd, [In reply to] Can't Post

not on the blu-ray. I never would have seen it if someone here hadn't joked about it a month or so ago. It's kind of wierd.

They need to push the Old Toby... [In reply to] Can't Post

Not enough kids are doing it these days. Damned whippersnappers with their fancy organic health products and all.

So it's not just me [In reply to] Can't Post

Yes, I saw it too. I don't think they needed it, it has nothing to do with the film.

It's got to be a joke... [In reply to] Can't Post

There has been some controversy over the glorified portrayal of smoking in Middle-earth movies. They must've put the advert in there as some sort of weird easter egg/joke Crazy

I didn't even realise they did adverts for tobacco anymore?

I should have specified. [In reply to] Can't Post

The commercial was PREVENTING tobacco. It said something like, the main thing that kills people, is tobacco. Sorry for the confusion.
