Do you mean the "The Evil of the Ring (Mordor/Sauron)" theme? I think the music used in the scene where Radagast sees the Necromancer is "The Hill of Sorcery". The Mordor theme appears at about 3:10 but was not used in the movie scene.

The Mordor theme also appears in "The White Council (Extended Version)" at about 8:06 and was used in the White Council scene.
