Round 2: Vote for The Hobbit as one of 2012's best movies. Can't Post

Thanks to the fans, The Hobbit has made it to round 2 of the Best of 2012 films. This means people have a chance to re-vote for it.

PLEASE NOTE: You must vote for 5 films ONLY for your vote to be counted. Last time 200 plus votes were deleted overall because people could not follow the rules. Here is the link:

Thanks and enjoy!

Confused [In reply to] Can't Post

The rules say at LEAST 5 films. It doesn't say you can't vote for more than 5. Can you vote more than once?

It is confusing and somewhat ambiguous... [In reply to] Can't Post

but here is the part from the poll instructions being referred to.

Quote
This time around you will vote for five films, no more, no less and trust me when I say if you can't follow these simple instructions your votes will be deleted. It happened plenty in the first round.

Then later it say's "no fewer than 5" and that 10 films will be in the final category... so I don't know.

I voted for 5.

To give TH the best chance [In reply to] Can't Post

To give TH the best chance, vote for it and four others that you know will rank lower. But you must vote for EXACTLY 5 no more, no fewer.

To each their own but... [In reply to] Can't Post

I personally would like people to vote for the 5 movie they genuinely think were the best of 2012. If Hobbit is one of them then that's great. I dont like the idea of people purposely voting for other movies just to increase The Hobbit's chances. What good is a poll if we can't be fair. Just my thoughts. Sly

Well it seems to have shut down. [In reply to] Can't Post

It appears to have been closed down because of votes being "skewed". Not sure what that means, but if it is brought back up, it will only be open to registered people. Tongue

I feared that... [In reply to] Can't Post

Yes when movies that have gotten almost zero praise, like Bel Ami, are surging you know that fairness has gone out the window. It's fine to be a fan but ultimately the poll was about the best movies of 2012, not vote for which actor or director you are in love with.

Cool
