Although I think Hangover is bled dry, and would prefer to eat ground glass than watch the Great Gatsby (I just hate the story--no reflection on Leo).

Cant wait to see the first live action shots from DOS (not Smaug mind you), but Mirkwood, spiders, Beorn in bear and human form, Bolg, Barrels, Thranduil (though I kniow the marketing team wont be able to resist showing Legolas), more shots of the Lonely Mountain!
Also look forward to the trailers for Gravity, Wolverine, Hangover 3, and even 300: Rise of an Empire

The site has been wrong on trailers in the past ( if I remember correctly they "confirmed" the date for the second AUJ trailer at least 3 times).

Even if its wrong with the movies it will be attached to I've thought April/May makes the most sense to release the next trailer and then something else during Comic-Con in July.

Somehow I think we will hear Smaug's voice and maybe see a flash of him, but nothing too revealing. Also very quick shots of Beorn, the Master of Laketown and Bard. Though the trailer's focus will be on the mission to enter the Mountain.

Trailer def not until Fall.
Davy Jones could've been Bilbo...I mean he was a Brit with a sense for adventure, singing & dancing. And think of the costs it would've save with forced perspective: he was ACTUALLY 5'3. He also hung out with a grumpy tall dude in a hat (Mike Nesmith.) While we're at it let's just have Micky Dolenz and Peter Tork as Merry & Pippin.

It'll be very tragic, considering that Legolas won't stop smiling at Kili. All while Kili pines away for Tauriel.
I'm guessing this love triangle will take up approximately half the running time of DoS.
all we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us...

He was just the first Dwarf to reciprocate his feelings. Thats what made their "friendship" so special.
The ending for Tauriel and Kili, however, is far more tragic.

By the fall we should have TV spots going and even more rampant promotion. A good 2 minute trailer will work well in May-July area.
