Lyrics of "My Dear Frodo" Can't Post

I was wondering if anyone happened to know the lyrics/translation of the choir in the song "My Dear Frodo"?

I'm mainly talking about the parts at 3:20 and 4:34 in this vid:

I like how certain songs in LOTR not only sound great, but are also telling a story. For example (if i remember right) if you translate "Foundations of Stone", it seems to be about how Gandalf has to fight the Balrog untill the very end, or bad things will happen.

It's also fun when you can listen to the song and understand what the choir is saying, instead of merely making up words in your mind that happen to sound familiarSmile
