A gruesome detail about Azog...

In the new article posted on the main page, regarding the Azog and Bolg figures, I noticed something about Azog that I had not noticed in the movies: his loincloth has on it what appear to be dwarf faces, as though he has skinned the faces off dwarves he has killed and used them to make it.
Pretty gruesome if you ask me. Can anyone confirm if this detail was visible in the movie?
