I think it's definitely Frodo's hair... Can't Post

I think with this super quick photoshoped images we can state that Frodo's hair is what make him a little weird in AUJ, more that his actual maturity.

in the following photos I attached "cut" his hair more in line with how we see him in LOTR...

what do you think?

I really don't understand... [In reply to] Can't Post

Why people are so hung up on Frodo's hair. Elijah Wood has aged a decade since he donned the fury feet for the first time. He was never going to look exactly like he did in FOTR. His performance was fine and I wasn't really bothered by his hair, appearance, etc, at all.

yes... [In reply to] Can't Post

my point is not complain about his hair perse, but on the contrary, to show to the complainers that his apparence is very much the same, and that if what some (including me) perceived as a "weirdly different" Frodo (not Elijah) is because he shows a little more hair over his ears, but nothing more.

No one can have their long hair in the same shape all the time Wink

Movie Hair [In reply to] Can't Post

In the real world, true. But movie continuity depends on everything, makeup, hair, costume, etc all looking exactly alike in order to match shots taken days, weeks, months, even years apart...

also, *ALL* of the actors in LOTR and in The Hobbit are wearing wigs. No natural hair on display at all.

I was one who didn't really like the presence of Frodo in The Hobbit, it took me out of the movie and for no good reason I can see...
