scenes from the 8 weeks of location shootings Can't Post

I've tried to make a list of all the scenes that were shot during the actual location shootings. Some of those scenes I am not sure if they were indeed "real" or studio, so I put a question mark, and some if not most were of course digitally altered. I wrote this from the top of my head, so please feel free to add if I missed any. And especially if anyone knows where any of those scenes were shot, to add that information as well (I know what was done at Mata Mata Tongue).

-homeless dwarves wandering through ME, & led by Thorin up a hill
-Bag End outside Shots w/ Frodo & young Bilbo & Gandalf
-Bilbo running through Hobbiton
-Bilbo catching up with the dwarves
-widescreen shots of company travelling
-night camp?
-rain scene?
-old farmhouse
-outside troll caves?
-Warg chase (lots of it)
-more widescreen shots of company after Rivendell
-leaving the goblin caves & reuniting with Bilbo
-eagle flight
-carrocks backgrounds?
