when settling down to watch FOTR on channel 4 (uk) this xmas day it was a pleasant surprise to get an introduction from PJ himself with little facts and memories of filming fellowship. interestingly he noted how little effects shots they used on FOTR compared to ROTK and referred to making it like it was of an old school style of film making
they must have filmed them whilst hobbit promoting in the uk, was a really nice little touch. i hope they do the same for the TT tonight.
