for the Hobbiton attraction to actually fashion some of the hobbit holes into hotel suites of sorts. What with the Green Dragon being active, how cool would it be to spend a weekend in Hobbiton? Cool

Highly unlikely that such a thing would happen anytime soon, but you never know...

but the wonderful hobbit door in that first one would be no good for my back, sadly! I'd need it scaled up. Love teh use of wood, bookshelves etc.The Welsh one is delightful, all higgledy-piggledy and rustic, I could have fun there. The other - well, just modern with round windows really - very stylish, but not of middle Earth.

I would dearly love to incorporate some 'curved' ideas into the log home i wish to build one day, especially the front door.
