     Help!

just found out that london isnt showing any imax3d hfr versions of the hobbit. the bfi imax at waterloo is meant to be the flagship cinema in the country and although they didnt confirm they would have hfr imax it was sort of presumed seeing as manchester are showing it in hfr imax 3d.

this is a huge dissapointment for pretty much everyone who booked tickets as soon as they were released although we can exchange and get refunds.

there some pretty strong feelings about this and i would really appreciate if everyone could just voice there disapproval over on the fb page.

they are giving excuses but basically they have had months to sort this out, maybe we can persuade them even at this late stage?

a bitter blow for london and the uk, when the british film institues best showcase cinema cant keep up with the times or cater to film fans!

just to confirm, london has NO IMAX hfr screenings! jokes!

     annoyingly [In reply to]

its odd, no imax 3d hfr at bfi waterloo, a great cinema, but they have it at swiss cottage! an inferior screen!

im sure well get different announcements over the next 2 weeks.

im now in a silly situation , where ihave 2 tickets to see the hobbit, one in imax 3d 24fps, then one in hfr imax 3d, because i couldnt exchange directly. and ihave to go to the cinema to get a refund! odd.
