What would you do if you had a bit of extra time and 2,600 extra balloons lying around the house? Why, you'd make a replica of the interior of Bag End with the balloons, of course. That's what balloon artist Jeremy Telford did recently. His rendition of Bag End is complete with a roaring fire, apples in a vase and a 'candle' chandelier lighting up the room. Check out this amazing time-lapse video of his efforts, and the stunning final results.
This is amazing. I don't think I would have the patience to do that. It began with the forging of the Great Rings. Three were given to the Elves; immortal, wisest and fairest of all beings. Seven, to the Dwarf Lords, great miners and craftsmen of the mountain halls. And nine, nine rings were gifted to the race of Men, who above all else desire power. For within these rings was bound the strength and the will to govern over each race.
