Dominion Post 22-11-12 "Wellington is to turn on the sun and dial down the wind for the Hobbit world premiere. MetService forecaster Daniel Corbett said the long-range forecast for the red-carpet premiere on Wednesday next week was for a dry and sunny day. Thousands are expected to fill Courtenay Place to catch a glimpse of the stars of the first movie in Peter Jackson's Hobbit trilogy. Temperatures should hit 17 to 18 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 15C to 16C in the evening. There would be slight southwesterly wind, he said"

In Finland we have this thing called winter depression, all come and enjoy this wonderful home of Santa Claus, where land is unsnowed and sky always clouded and rainy! Can't take this, must get summer back... or atleast a decent winter to come.

It's not the cold, not even the rain or lack or snow but the darkness. You wake up, but not to sun shining on you eyes, you go to school, you leave from school and it's dark again. I guess i shouldn't complain, atleast i don't live north of the Arctic Circle, where there's possibly no sunlight at all.
