Being able to knit all day, and actually get paid to do it. 
Unfortunately in real life nobody would buy a pair of socks or mittens where the price tag reflects the time spent on making them, not if you want to make a living out of it anyways. 
Alas, a bit of positive feedback (thanks all) shall help me bear my boring dayjob.
