Dream Cameos? Can't Post

For sometime now I have wanted PJ& Fran!
dancing south of the company &small in the Distance,
on the Horizon....
as They pass the OldForest.

As TommyTuneful & Goldberry!

Bilbo. could say "Who's That?"
Gandalf says "Old Friends..but we MUST hurry to Bree"

I would probably burst into
Tears.

My cameos [In reply to] Can't Post

I'd like to see John Rhys-Davies as young Gimli,
PJ as a hobbit,
PJ, Howard Shore, John Howe and Alan Lee as dwarfs or men of Dale in prologue
and any member of the fellowship as orcs/goblins(or any other evil characters).

I don't want cameos [In reply to] Can't Post

It doesn't facilitate immersion, to the contrary.

I know, at least PJ will have one, that's his thing, but please not more (at least not obvious ones).

Billy Crystal and Carol Kane :) [In reply to] Can't Post

Frito groaned. "I wish I had never been born," he said.

"Do not say that, dear Frito," cried Orlon. "It was a happy minute for us all when you were born."

Seconded! [In reply to] Can't Post

Additionally, how about a City Slickers/Quest for Erebor cross-over? Or, how about "Forget Esgaroth"? Tongue

My Top 5 Wish List for "The Hobbit"
5. Legolas will surf down Smaug's neck
4. Bilbo will be revealed to a Robot
3. Naked PJ cameo as Ghan-Buri-Ghan
2. Use of not only 3D, but smell-o-vision, plus the inclusion of axes coming out of the seats and poking the audience when appropriate
1. Not only keep the claim that Thorin & Co. ran amok in Mirkwood "molesting people", but depict said incident in vivid detail!!!!!

But I'm actually sorry that Benny C. isn't playing Elladan/Elrohir now after that humorous post on Main! Tongue

I agree, on the whole... [In reply to] Can't Post

Not bothered at all about whether we should see a young Estel, for example..it's just unnecessary!

However, I would love it if PJ actually included cameos for Elladan and Elrohir, even if they are not named. It would not hurt to see two identical Elves in the background at Rivendell somewhere - perhaps at the feast where the Dwarves misbehave, or even at Dol Guldur?

Scene: Lake-town [In reply to] Can't Post

Verrry old couple waving good-bye to the jolly band of dwarves.

He: Have fun stormin' da mountain.
She: Think it'll work?
He: It would take a miracle.

cameos? [In reply to] Can't Post

I would like the Rolling Stones to do the trolls voices. ''Keif Keif, this guys jazzin me man!'' and I would like Richard E Grant as Withnail to play the Necromancer.

I never thought of that. [In reply to] Can't Post

That would be interesting to hear The Rolling Stones as the trolls voices, especially Mick Jagger and Keith Richard, their voices are deep enough.

Crystal and Kane as Tom Bombadil and Goldberry. The Lake-town scene would also be great.
