AFI NY premiere

Is anyone planning on attending the American Film Institute NY premiere event? If so, is there a possibility of a group hotel, provided there are enough people to qualify as a group? If not, does anyone have any suggestions for seeking lodging? I know little of NY, despite having attended both the FOTR and TTT symphonies at Radio City. So any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
