Favourite Extra Fantasy scene in the books/films

If you could chose an extra fantasy scene to add to the books/films, what would it be? For example it has to be a scene or moment that is not actually in the book/films but you wish it was. I wish for example that after the Scouring of the Shire when all is happy and Galadriels gift to Sam is making the Shire bloom and fertile like never in living memory, Sam while working in the garden sees from a distance an Ent wife walking through an orchard towards the Old Forest. I hope that the fertility of the land has woken them up from long sleep.

at the sign of the Prancing Pony. Just to see Barliman's study in wonder face (and maybe the carrot eating man choking. ) PS: Yes, if anyone deserves to see an entwife, if only for a brief moment and as an omen of nature's renewal, that would be Sam.

Always loved that part of the book. And Legolas has a great moment in it, not to mention Gandalf doing some cool magic.

theres one really weird part in the book that id love to see in the film, when the hobbits are camping in the fotr theres a sentence or two describing what a squirrel thinks of them, very odd lol
for quickbeam often laughed, he laughed if the sun came out from behind a cloud, he laughed if they came upon a stream or spring:
