Hobbit Tickets on sale in VUE UK Can't Post

Got an email yesterday from VUE telling me they are now selling their tickets for The Hobbit. Running time is down as 175minutes :O I don't think this includes trailers, as on their listing for Skyfall its 145mins and then on Wiki its listed as 143,

Not many times for the Norwich vueing (you see what I did there :P) 3 on Thursday and 3 on Friday.

Bit late for me already got tickets for Odeon, but maybe some of you held out to get them at VUE

Not for me yet... [In reply to] Can't Post

Seems to be only for the 3D version at the minute for the Birmingham branch.

It depends where you live, I suppose [In reply to] Can't Post

The nearest Odeon, to me, is 40 miles away, whereas there are 2 Vue cinemas 10 miles from me.

Same in Hull [In reply to] Can't Post

Its the same with VUE near me in Hull. All they have listed is 3D showings at the moment and theres 3 of them every day for the week after the opening. I sure do hope they make the 2D version available too. I wouldn't mind seeing it in 3D, but I always planned to see the 2D version first.

This thing all things devours:
Birds, beasts, trees, flowers;
Gnaws iron, bites steel;
Grinds hard stones to meal;
Slays king, ruins town,
And beats high mountain down.
