Thanks. Magpie helped me with the picture. I think my cat loves LOTR as much as I do.

Thought it was only polite that I de-lurk and post on Homecoming Fiesta. I hope you are all well! Life has been busy as ever, I have a new job these days, as Manager of a Museum, it's different to what I'm used to but pretty interested. Still got my cake business going too, which seems to be getting busier and busier! Neil now runs dog training classes two days a week, on top of his full time job, so we do tend to go a long time without really spending time together! Add in dog agility with Scout & Mira and that's our timetable booked up! Very much looking forward to the Hobbit next month, I have booked the first showing for us and 12 friends, so happy that so many of them wanted to come! I look forward to talking about the movie with you guys. Happy Homecoming!

sure can eat into your time alone together. It's not a bad thing, but you must (read MUST) go out of your way to make time for each other. Here's a little something for the both of you: Smokey Robinson "Baby Come Close."

However, my friends don't seem keen, they are happy to take a day's leave from work to come watch with me, but I'm not sure I can convince them to dress up! I think we'd have too much arguing over who got to be which dwarf...

We did notice the lack of time together was beginning to have an impact. We are trying our best to make sure we do at least one activity each week that's just us two. So this Sunday we are taking a break to go and see Skyfall. Just a movie together, but hey, all the little things add up! Hope life is going well for you and yours x

I write this with an afternoon toothbrush in my mouth as I get ready for a midday workout (getting back into the swing of things after Halloween). This weekend's shaping up to be one with a bit of work (outside and in), studies, and of course plenty of lounging. I'll probably start off with watching my new 'The Amazing Spider-Man' blu-ray tonight. I know opinions on this movie are a bit lopsided (and the same can be said for mine), but what can I say? I'm a Spider-phile, so it's hard for me to blow off the ol' Web-head. *brush brush* As for a few words for Homecoming..... I just hope there'll still be nice things to read by some great people years down the road. Have a great weekend, everyone! *brush brush brush....*

Cool, and might I say what a great partner you are. I'm actually going with some friends from church in a few hours for a little male "bonding." (Bond is nothing if not versatile apparently. XD) I'm quite interested in seeing Ben Whishaw as Q. Loved him in Perfume. Have a great time on Sunday. x

Hello everyone. Great to be back on ToRN. I've lurked, of course, but a new fast internet connection means I can be a regular visitor again. Interesting to see lots of new names and some familiar ones. Lots to look forward to with the new films - I can't wait!

I'll have a diet soda please. Been checking out Aunt Dora's poetry thread in the last couple of days. Lots of good poems this week. Be sure to take a look! Nothing new with me except taking the family to see Skyfall tomorrow (we'd see it tonight, but the matinee is cheaper ). Have a good weekend everyone!
