My tickets say 170 minutes. Not sure if that is with or without credits.

And on my ticket. And I think credits are usually included, but I am not 100% certain.

I'm guessing 170 minutes without credits.

The question should be "with or without TRAILERS"?

When you see running times on anything else (movies, DVDs, etc) it is for the entire movie, including credits. It just wouldn't make sense to try to exclude that -- the theaters want to know the exact time as they schedule movies throughout the day, and if credits were not included, it would be more work than they should have to worry about. But, does that time include trailers, or not? That can easily add 10 - 20 minutes even!

a running time does not include trailers,

because that can vary from cinema to cinema and day to day, so I guess it's the movie file's length that is the run time
