Is advertising ok if it relates to Tolkien? Where it should be put?

I already contacted TORn on Facebook about this, and I thought that maybe I should post my announcement also in here. But I was wondering if it is really ok to do it?
The Finnish Tolkien Society Kontu is having this costume contest thingy here, related to the premiere of The Hobbit. I'm in charge of making the advertising posters. The problem is I don't have pictures I want nor anyone I could take the pictures with, but I guess that at least someone has good Tolkienish style of clothing and a chance to take very specific kind of photos of oneself. We could really, really appreciate this here in Finland.
So I need pictures for an advertising poster, am I allowed to make a topic about this somewhere?
