So that's how the trolls sound, hadn't heard them before. They are how I imagined that they would sound, though also (curiously) slightly better than I had expected.
"Radagast is, of course, a worthy wizard, a master of shapes and changes of hue, and he has much lore of herbs and beasts, and birds are especially his friends."-Gandalf, The Lord of the Rings.

The beginning of this spot, with Bilbo saying to Gandalf "Can I help you?" and then Gandalf answering with the line we have heard before, "I am looking for someone to share an adventure," suggests to me that the "Good morning" sequence will not appear, and will be replaced by this brief sequence. Pity.

trailers always stitch incongruous moments and shots together. They are merely going for an effect and I wouldn't trust it as a sign of what's to come in the film. I like the pacing better in this spot than the first one.
"The world is indeed full of peril, and in it there are many dark places; but still there is much that is fair; and though in all lands love is now mingled with grief, it grows perhaps the greater."-J.R.R. Tolkien "Thanks for the money!" -George Lucas

These are the only kinds of trolls every allowed to open their mouth. They're using Shore music again, good, good. Though the pace is still very fast.

Decent but i like the first spot more. Music is one reason.

Shore's music got butchered here, plus it doesn't fit the short format. It needs more room to breath. Another music would have been better here.

For all we know, Bilbo might not even say "Can I help you" in the final film, or it may not take place in this scene, or not in this arragment of lines. Trailers lie, those nasty liers. (Really, abbreviating scenes is not something I expect us to see much in these films...)

That was really good! I liked the shot when Bilbo was wandering the tunnels with his glowing blade a lot. Oh! Could that have possibly been Howard Shore's music at 0:17 - 0:22? I doubt it, but it I just thought it might have been since the beginning part was the misty mountains cold tune that we heard in the first trailer.

Can you native speakers tell if it's Cockney, or what? (Yeah, only four words, not much to work on.)

are much better than the second trailer in my opinion
"'Ai! ai!' wailed Legolas. 'A Balrog! A Balrog is come!' Gimli stared with wide eyes. 'Durin's Bane!' he cried, and letting his axe fall he covered his face. 'A Balrog,' muttered Gandalf. 'Now I understand. What an evil fortune! And I am already weary.''
