I've done a bit of research and found another site where you can get Elrond with the Lego video game. Look at Gamestop.com, which will list several other sites in different countries, so it should be available to a lot more people. I've just pre-ordered mine through EB games in New Zealand, where you get the mini figure and an extra unlockable game character.
So Amazon.de is not the only site with the Elrond exclusive. Happy days.
